Fleevigo Premium.

Introduction

A custom order management system for Fleevigo Premium, built to coordinate chauffeur bookings, supplier offers, drivers, vehicles, and revenue visibility across Europe and the USA.

Fleevigo Premium is a global luxury chauffeur service serving VIP travelers, executives, events, and airport transfers in more than 50 countries. The public experience promises seamless multi-city travel, but behind the scenes every ride depends on fast coordination between bookings, suppliers, drivers, vehicles, and offers.

We built the order management system that powers that coordination: a dashboard for the operations team to monitor booking status, supplier activity, active drivers, active vehicles, revenue by supplier, and recent activity from one place.

Challenges

Fleevigo Premium delivers luxury chauffeur service across more than 50 countries, but the operational layer behind each ride needed one source of truth for bookings, supplier offers, drivers, vehicles, and revenue.

  • 01

Supplier coordination across regions. Bookings had to move through partners across Europe and the USA, with offer status, confirmations, and handoffs kept visible for the operations team.

  • 02

No single operational view. The team needed fast visibility into total, pending, confirmed, completed, and cancelled bookings, plus active drivers, vehicles, offer conversion, and supplier revenue.

  • 03

Manual admin slowed the ride workflow. Without a focused OMS, every new request risked extra back-and-forth between customer intent, supplier capacity, and final confirmation.

What We Did

I built a central OMS that gives the team a live operations view and connects the booking workflow with suppliers across Europe and the USA.

An operations dashboard built for daily control.

We designed the dashboard around the metrics Fleevigo's team checks most: booking counts by status, offer conversion, active drivers, active vehicles, supplier revenue, and recent activity. The layout gives operators a quick read before they dive into individual bookings.

Supplier offer and booking workflows.

The OMS connects bookings with supplier offer flows, so the team can track which rides are pending, confirmed, completed, or cancelled without losing the context around supplier response and availability.

Integration structure for Europe and the USA.

We built the system around Fleevigo's supplier network, giving the business a cleaner way to coordinate partners across different markets while keeping the operational model consistent from region to region.

Admin tools for the people running the operation.

Profile, offers, bookings, and settings areas give the team a focused workspace instead of scattering operational decisions across messages, spreadsheets, and disconnected tools.

The Result

An operations layer for global bookings.

Fleevigo Premium now has an operations layer that matches the ambition of its global chauffeur service - one dashboard for bookings, suppliers, drivers, vehicles, offer conversion, and revenue signals, giving the team a faster way to move from customer request to confirmed ride.
